This allows exhibitors to collect leads or information when attendees visit your in-person booth or visit your virtual space. We will be enabling the Passport Contest from the conference app, Whova to generate more traffic from our participants to your exhibitor booth.

We are partnering with the mobile app Whova to support our conference sponsors. The main goal of the sponsor opportunity is to increase your company's brand awareness. Sponsor banners are shown throughout the Whova mobile and web apps.

WSPA Conference Policies

NOTE: Our policy is to provide a refund minus $50 for an administrative fee if cancelled before two weeks of the conference (Feb 16). There are no refunds after Feb 16. Extensions for a full refund past the two-week deadline will be considered for a positive COVID test and/or symptoms immediately preceding the conference. Substitutions are allowed. We want to keep all participants safe.
