WSPA Conference Policies
NOTE: Our policy is to provide a refund minus $50 for an administrative fee if cancelled before two weeks of the conference (Feb 17). There are no refunds after Feb 17. Extensions for a full refund past the two-week deadline will be considered for a positive COVID test and/or symptoms immediately preceding the conference. Substitutions are allowed. We want to keep all participants safe.
